Refund policy

ALE CLOSET RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Ale Closet purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are accepted on eligible items and are subject to availability. Please note that requesting an exchange does not reserve inventory. If the requested size is no longer available when your return is processed, you will receive store credit instead.

FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and other intimate items are also final sale.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
